Family Resource Page

Hey parents, staying up to date on online threats isn’t just a ‘nice-to-have’ anymore — it’s becoming essential for keeping our kids safe. There are so many great resources out there about protecting your family from trafficking, exploitation, and other online dangers, but honestly, who has time to hunt them all down with everything else on our plates?

That’s why we put this together for you. Instead of spending hours searching, you can come here and find the best tools, information, and guidance all in one place. The truth is, the online world is constantly changing, and the people who want to harm our kids are getting smarter and more aggressive. By staying informed, you’re not being paranoid — you’re being the protector your family needs. You don’t have to be an expert, you just have to be willing to stay one step ahead.

How Do I Talk to My Child About Online Safety?

As technology evolves at a rapid pace, it can feel overwhelming for parents to keep up. But one of the most effective things you can do is maintain regular, open conversations with your children.

There will be moments when kids need guidance or support while navigating the online world — whether they’ve encountered harmful content, been contacted by a stranger, or felt confused, uncomfortable, or upset by something they’ve seen or experienced.

As a parent or caregiver, stepping in with a gentle nudge at the right time is incredibly important. By consistently talking with them about what they’re sharing, who they’re interacting with, and how they’re feeling online, you build stronger trust, help them develop good judgment, and give them the confidence to come to you when they need help.
